FREE AND SECURE APPLICATION:

The initial login to the application is done using your usual Online Banking credentials (username + password).

Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne offers you the option to register your mobile device as a "trusted terminal." This registration will increase the security level of your application. Once your mobile device is registered, simply log into the application using your fingerprint (2) or FaceID (if your device is compatible and registered as a "trusted terminal"), or a 5-digit code of your choice. This way, you benefit from additional remote banking services.

(1) Subject to the recipient's banking institution accepting instant transfers as a payment method.

(2) Logging into our application using your fingerprint is possible thanks to the technology offered by your smartphone, if it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor and after activating the functionality. Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne does not store your fingerprint; it remains stored in the memory of your smartphone.
